- Does this mean these artists are new?
- Not necessarily. A catalogue artist can rise sharply after a viral moment, a new release, or a anniversary feature. Rising simply means momentum is accelerating right now.
- How often does this list update?
- The page caches for one hour. Artist velocity can shift throughout the day as listeners rate albums.
