Goat Music uses Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, and Sign in with Spotify. If one provider is failing, try another — they all map to the same account if you used the same verified email. If none work, email hello@goatmusic.me with a screenshot and we'll dig in.

Tap any album cover, then tap Rate this album. Slide the score 1–100, optionally tag it with a tier letter (S/A/B/C/D/F) and a one-line headline, and tap Save. Your rating auto-saves to your profile and your top-5 board.

From the app: Profile → Edit profile. From the web: /account. Username changes are limited to once every 30 days.

From the app: Settings → Delete Account. From the web: /account/delete. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Everything (ratings, reviews, follows, tier-list, sessions, push tokens) is erased within 30 days.

Check that notifications are enabled in your device settings (iOS Settings → Notifications → Goat Music; Android Settings → Apps → Goat Music → Notifications). Then in the app, open Settings → Notifications and confirm the categories you want are on. Pushes only fire for activity from people you follow.

We support imports from Spotify (library + listening history), Apple Music (library), and Last.fm (scrobbles). Open Settings → Import on the web app. The mobile app does not yet expose this flow — sign in on goatmusic.me to import.

Email hello@goatmusic.me with what you were doing, what you expected, what happened, and ideally a screenshot. Real human reads every report — and most of them get fixed in the same week.
